We are taking part in the RYDE Challenge to support Leeds Autism Services.

LAS has been providing vocational and community services for over 30 years to help autistic adults reach their true potential. Their mission is to create a more autism friendly society by promoting the understanding and acceptance of autistic people, and to create a world where autistic people are understood, accepted and have equal access to opportunities.

The whole team will be embarking upon multiple high intensity spin classes within SEVEN hours on Wednesday 23 November.

In one day we, as a team, will BURN OVER 45,000 CALORIES AND TRAVEL OVER 1,500 KILOMETERS

To make things even tougher, we will also be wearing FANCY DRESS for the final class!
