In April 2020, 15-year old Adam was killed by a hit and run driver (who was later found to be on his phone and drunk at the time of the incident and is currently serving 6 years in prison).

Pete, Adam's dad, who worked at Barker Ross at the time, was our friend and to see his world fall apart was truly awful, he has and will never recover from losing his boy in such a tragic way.

One of their comforts has been setting up a foundation in his honour. In their words:

"The wonderful young man is no longer here, but his love and desire to create love lives on through everything we do."

To honour his memory, we are raising funds for two causes: helping children who have a passion for music and supporting families in pain and looking for grief and bereavement counselling".

As a team of 8 people we will be doing 1 500 000 steps in June to help raise money for this incredible cause.
