Story
12 months ago, I didn’t want to be here.
Life felt unbearably heavy, and I came close to giving up. Now, one year later, I’m taking on the 96-mile West Highland Way over 5 days to raise awareness for mental health—and to give something back to a charity that’s helping save lives: Mind.
This journey is deeply personal. I’ll be blogging along the way, opening up about the reasons behind this challenge. I’m doing this not only to push myself, but in the hope that by sharing my experience honestly, it might help someone else feel less alone before it’s too late.
Mind does incredible work supporting people struggling with their mental health, and they rely on donations to continue being there for those who need them most.
If you can, please support me. Every step I take is for everyone still fighting.
Thank you and Love 💙
