Four Cyclists, One Epic Challenge: Lands End to John O'Groats · 31 August 2024

We are the Ocean Conservation Trust. As a global Ocean conservation charity, we are acting now towards our vision of a healthy Ocean. We focus on behaviour change and habitat restoration, with an optimistic and solutions-based approach, centred around physical and emotional connections with nature.

Story

We are a team of four friends, united by our shared love for cycling and our passion for making a difference. In the start of September 2024, we will embark on one of the toughest cycling challenges – riding from Lands End to John O'Groats, covering over 1000 miles in just 7 days. This journey will test our endurance, resilience, and determination, but it's all for a cause far greater than ourselves. We have each chosen a charity to support, and mine is the Ocean Conservation Trust (OCT). OCT is a UK charity dedicated to ocean protection through education, habitat restoration, and sustainable practices. It focuses on fostering human-ocean connections, restoring vital marine ecosystems like seagrass meadows, and collaborating with communities and businesses to promote ocean health and sustainability for future generations.

The goal is to raise £1,000 for OCT's crucial work in protecting our oceans. Join us by donating as we pedal towards a sustainable future for our oceans.
