Story
I’m taking on this challenge not just for the ride, but for something much closer to home.
Like a lot of people, I’ve had my own struggles with mental health. It’s not always visible, and it’s not always easy to talk about, but it’s there.
Through my work in the emergency services, I also see first-hand just how many people are struggling. Mental health calls are constant, and the NHS is under real pressure trying to support everyone who needs help.
That’s why I’m supporting Mind. They provide vital services like helplines, local support groups, and practical advice for people who often don’t know where to turn.
If this ride can raise even a bit of awareness, and help support that work, then it’s worth every mile.
