Lebanon in Crisis: Your Support Brings Winter Relief

Lebanon is facing a severe winter emergency, particularly impacting vulnerable communities already affected by economic collapse, political instability, and ongoing crises.

Home to over 1.5 million Palestinian & Syrian Refugees are in urgent need of humanitarian aid to survive the winter months. Living in substandard housing, they are at high risk due to the harsh cold, lack of heating, and inadequate shelter.

Your AL-QULUB Team will once more be embarking on a mission of hope to provide much needed aid to the most impacted families. Given the current plight we are actively working with our ground teams to provide vital aid - we will endeavour to join our teams in December and hand deliver your entrustment (dates tbc).

This will include (but not limited to):

Winter Fuel | Blankets | Hats, Scarves & Gloves | Food Parcels

In aid of this, I’ll be doing the Murph Challenge daily for 30 days. This will entail:

- 1 mile run

- 300 squats

- 200 push ups

- 100 pull ups

- 1 mile run
