On the 6th of April, I am running the Brighton Marathon in support of Isabel Hospice, to help them continue to deliver their vital palliative care services to anyone in eastern Hertfordshire who needs them. Brighton Marathon weekend is always a weekend I always look forward to, having ran for the last three years, I am very excited to be running a fourth time, this time for charity.

Their palliative care and support services are done through their Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, Living Well with Isabel programme, and their Family and Bereavement support service.

To be able to continue to provide their services free of charge to those who need them, they need to raise £7 million every year. The NHS fund 30% of this, the rest relies on the community, government grants, and their retail stores.
