Story
This year, I’m running the London Marathon for Coach Core Foundation, a charity that means a lot to me.
Not every young person gets a fair start in life. Talent, drive, and potential are everywhere, but opportunity is not - and Coach Core wants to change that.
They work with young people from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds, using the power of sport to open doors to education, apprenticeships, and meaningful careers.
Through coaching apprenticeships, Coach Core helps young people build confidence, earn qualifications, and develop a sense of purpose, often becoming role models in the very communities where they grew up. They focus on grassroots initiatives in the hope to make significant, life-long changes for the young people they work with.
I’m incredibly proud to be running on their behalf and raising funds to support their work.
Every donation, big or small, helps create opportunities for young people who deserve the chance to build a future they can be proud of. This marathon will be challenging, but it’s nothing compared to the obstacles many of these young people face every day.
If you’re able to donate, you could help change the trajectory of someone's life.
