UPDATE:

As part of the fundraising, I will also be running a Goggins-inspired 4x2x24 challenge on the 23rd November. This will be 4 miles (6.5km) every 2 hours over 24 hours, totalling to 2 marathon distances. I have never run more than 7km in a single day before, so I will have several people running with me throughout the day for extra support!
