This summer, just after finishing my GCSEs, and before I celebrate my 16th birthday, I am taking on an incredible challenge: cycling all the way from Lancaster to London to raise money for Leukaemia and Myeloma Research UK.

I was inspired to take on this journey after my Nana was diagnosed with blood cancer last year. Seeing her go through the treatment motivated me to do something meaningful to support vital research and help others affected by these illnesses.

Covering over 250 miles over around 6 days, this ride is an incredible physical feat for a lad of 15!
