As many of you know, Leo sadly lost his mum, Lucy last year after her courageous battle with cancer. A couple of months ago, Leo approached me and asked if he could do something to raise some money to support one of the many organisations that helped us navigate this difficult journey. During Lucy's treatment, Norwich Football Club were kind enough to invite us to their training ground and shortly thereafter we were invited to watch a game in the directors box. It was here that we had the pleasure of meeting Tom Smith and his lovely family. Tom is one of the Trustees of The Community Sports Foundation and very passionately told us about the life changing work they do. We are so very touched by the kindness we received from Norwich Football Club, their official charity (the Community Sports Foundation) Tom, Delia Smith and the many many representatives of the club who took time out of their busy schedules to bring Lucy, Leo and Alex incredibly joyful experiences which we will never forget. I can't express enough the kindness and generosity we received.

It's Leo's absolute pleasure to repay this kindness by raising money for The Community Sports Foundation by running in Run Norwich on 7 September 2025.
