Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m a firefighter on Green Watch at Cosham Fire Station, Portsmouth - Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service.

I love a good personal challenge and decided to get on the two wheels and cycle solo from Land’s End to John O’Groats which is roughly 1000 miles (1600km). It started off as a personal challenge and then along the way I decided to fundraise for the Firefighters Charity.

My plan is simply to get from point A to Point B, averaging at least 100km per day.

Everything that happens in between will be all part of the adventure that’ll unfold as each day passes. There’s no exact route I plan to take, I’ll figure it all out on the road as I go. So, we’ll just let the legs do the talking and keep chipping away until I arrive.

I’ll post my progress on here and Instagram. So by all means follow along with the ride and see how it all unfolds.
