Story
I’m thrilled (and slightly terrified) to say that I’ve secured a place in the London Marathon 2026, running for the incredible children’s charity Rays of Sunshine! 🌞
Who "brighten the lives of seriously ill children across the UK by granting wishes and providing ongoing support in hospitals and within the community".
After cheering on my twin brother Jody this year—who smashed it running for the same charity—I felt truly inspired to take the plunge myself. (Also… let’s be honest, there’s a bit of a competitive streak in me that’s determined to beat his time. Ideally without passing out. 🤞)
Training has already begun, and I’m sure my knees will be writing strongly worded letters of complaint very soon. But every blister and early morning run will be worth it to support such an amazing cause.
If you’re able to donate anything at all, it would mean the world—not just to me, but to the children and families Rays of Sunshine supports every day. ✨
Thanks for backing me (and my poor knees) on this wild journey! 💛
