I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together, making them smile and—hopefully—making them laugh. Although, if you’ve ever been to one of my networking events, breakfasts or workshops, you’ll know I’m not always entirely sure whether people are laughing with me or at me! 🙈

Over four workshops, I’ll be taking my observations from the worlds of sales, networking, business, community projects, mentoring—and life in general—and somehow turning them into five minutes of stand-up comedy at Hot Water Comedy Club. Five minutes may not sound like long, but it feels very different when every second needs to be funny! 😂

The Comedy Trust uses comedy to build confidence, connection and wellbeing—things I care deeply about through the work I do with people, businesses and communities. Whether I’m naturally hilarious or simply brave enough to stand under the spotlight remains to be seen, but it feels like a great reason to get involved.
