Yorkshire 3 Peaks 2025 · 10 May 2025 ·

Break will be leading a team of 30 people to take on the Yorkshire 3 Peak Challenge of 24 miles in 12 hours! All funds raised will go to change the lives of care-experienced young people - we are stepping up for them!

Story

I am taking on the Break Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Saturday, 10 May 2025, to help change the lives of care-experienced young people. I am an Olympian and European champion performer, but I was once a kid in foster care.

As an ambassador of Break, I want to step up and do this challenge for Break and for kids who are in care, but also who have left and may need support in the future.

I may be adept at running sprints, but this 24-mile walking challenge in just 12 hours will test me.

This demanding one-day trekking challenge takes us to the summits of Ingleborough (723m/2,372 ft), Pen-y-Ghent (694m/2,276 ft) and Whernside (736m/2,415 ft), all in one circular route. We’ll be supporting each other every step of the way on this demanding yet rewarding challenge.

Please follow me and help me as i train and sponsor me to get up those peaks and help make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Thank you!
