This September, I’m taking part in a 10K run to help raise money for Wolverhampton's amazing Youth Zone.

The Way Youth Zone is a safe, welcoming space where young people can be creative, active, and just be themselves.

I’ve worked here for 3 years now and it’s been so rewarding and fulfilling. The young people are aged between 8 to 18 (and up to 25 with additional needs) and are a real joy to work with.

Sessions at the Youth Zone are filled with laughter, learning, and life-changing moments but none of it would be possible without equipment and supplies.

We're fundraising to help cover a whole year’s worth of vital resources — from art materials and games to sports gear and music kits — the things that bring the Youth Zone to life every day.

Every donation, big or small, gets us closer to that goal and helps give young people the opportunities they deserve.
