I’m running 26 miles round the islands of the Isles of Scilly as part of the Scilly 60%. Along with 150 others, I’m running all 5 inhabited islands in one day. This race has strict cutoffs on each island or you miss the boat, so that’s my challenge, run at the right pace then get off the boat and run again, 5 times!

Been training on the St Marys today (3June) to get my feet used to the terrain and my brain acclimatised to not tripping over rocks, roots or brambles - it worked well 18kms done in just over 2 hours at a pace way better than what I need to do on the day not to miss the boat.
