I shall be wearing the same 6 items of clothes throughout April (not counting undies and pjs
The idea is simple: select six items of clothing from your wardrobe and pledge to wear only these every day for the month of April to make a stand against fast fashion. Then ask friends, family, colleagues and neighbours to sponsor you!

Story

Fast Fashion is the drive to increase profits and get products into our high street shops faster and faster. The drive to sell more, consume more, make more, waste more. This, however, has disastrous consequences for the people who make our clothes.

The Six Items Challenge is a fashion fast. It is designed to challenge fast fashion and raise vital funds for our work fighting for the rights of garment workers.

Please support my challenge and support garment workers around the world.

About the charity

Labour Behind the Label believes that no-one should live in poverty for the price of a cheap t-shirt. That a living wage is a basic human right, as is working without fear for your life. We are committed to making these ideals a reality in the garment industry.
