Action for Elders is a registered charity that works to make older peoples’ lives better. We aim to end loneliness by offering local support with physical, mental and social programmes. We work to ensure that older people have the opportunity to stay fit, healthy and fulfilled, while reducing social and health care costs for local and national governments. We want to change the way that people think and care about older people.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats and raising money for Action for Elders who support older people to live their best lif, staying active and connected.

I am aiming to cycle 4 times a week and work out 3 times a week in training. Last week I cycled 500km and climbed 6000m!
