Cancer, affecting people very dear to me, has been a constant presence throughout my life and is especially so at this time. It has also been a part of my recent health journey. Great strides are being taken in treatment research and practice. Time for me to try and add my bit to the pot.

There is no way I can run, but I’ll do my best to walk this 10K as quickly as possible!
