This is my way to say thankyou to the people working to improve cancer outcomes by research - and to celebrate reaching my 70th birthday, a milestone that I took for granted until diagnosed with cancer last year.

Please don't feel obliged to donate - and only give what you can afford. It will be the best birthday present to me to think that someone in the future might survive cancer because we helped fund the research that develops new treatments and early diagnosis.

Here's to the next year(s) of my life - and thanks for your support to me personally.
