Thames Path Ultra Challenge 2024 · 14 September 2024 ·

This Trust has been set up in memory of Max Windle who sadly passed away in January 2021 at the age of 16. The trust will support both local and national charities which focus on improving mental health, including depression, anxiety and suicide prevention, in children and young adults.

Story

On 28th January 2021 two weeks before his 17th birthday, Max tragically died by suicide. Max was suffering with depression and anxiety, he asked for help but no help was available.

The charity was set up in his name to provide hope and life saving treatment to those who are struggling as Max was.

On 15th September, we will be walking 50km along the Thames Path to help raise awareness of the mental health struggles our young people are facing. Please share Max's story and make a donation if you are able.

Many thanks
