I have to say that I've been totally bowled over by the hard work and professionalism of all the staff at the AgeUKs I’ve visited. The atmosphere that they manage to foster of friendship, laughter and persistent positivism has been truly inspiring. And they do absolutely vital work in supporting lonely, frail and isolated individuals in all of our communities.

It's been a real privilege to run this project and I only hope that my attempt to raise some funds to support their work will be successful. Please do give as much as you can. £5? £10? Every little bit will be appreciated.
