Let's Talk About Loss runs peer-led meet ups across the UK for anyone aged 18 to 35 who has experienced bereavement. They are relaxed, safe, accessible spaces where young grievers can meet others who understand. Together, we're talking through the taboo.

Story

We're jumping out of a plane! Hopefully the parachutes work...!!

Sometimes grief can feel a bit like free-falling, and we all need a parachute to support us. Our sister Beth runs Let's Talk About Loss, a charity that offers peer support for young grievers aged 18-35. The meet ups are like the parachute - they stop the feelings of fear and anxiety in grief.

We are raising money for Let's Talk About Loss through this ridiculous challenge as we want more young grievers to be able to access the support they need. When we lost our mum, we relied on a lot of people for support and friendship, and we want to make sure that everyone has that opportunity through a local Let's Talk About Loss meet up.

Please sponsor us because we are quite nervous about this crazy challenge!!
