I am joining my work colleagues and friends in raising money for Leukaemia Care by taking part in the Landmarks Half Marathon. This is a cause that is very close to my heart being a survivor of Leukaemia myself.

I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the all of the incredible love and support from charities like Leukaemia Care. So it feels good to be in a position where I am able to raise some money and awareness, all whilst sharing an amazing achievement of running a half marathon with my friends and colleagues.

To make things interesting I will try and run it in less that 1hr 30mins. This will be the first time I have pushed my endurance since the blood clots in my lungs at the end of 2023.

This spring, we are gearing up for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025. They are advocates for early diagnosis, improved services, and access to life-saving treatments—along with building communities of hope and resilience. Their mission to enhance the quality of life for those touched by leukaemia inspires us to do our part, and we’re honoured to run in support of this remarkable organization.
