Story
On 26th June, Darren, Martin, Oliver and Ross are taking on the Longest Day of Golf, playing four full rounds (72 holes) of golf in a single day, from early morning (6am first tee) until nightfall (6pm last tee, to finish around 10pm). It’s a huge physical and mental challenge, and we’re doing it to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.
Prostate cancer affects men across all walks of life - fathers, brothers, partners, friends and colleagues. For many families, its impact is life‑changing. Prostate Cancer UK does vital work funding research, improving diagnosis and treatment, and providing support for those living with the disease and the people around them. The more awareness and funding they receive, the more lives they can help protect and improve.
Playing one round of golf is hard enough. Playing four back‑to‑back rounds, covering miles on foot, swinging a club hundreds of times, and staying focused for 16+ hours is something completely different. The distance we will be walking is more than a marathon, all while pushing, pulling carrying our clubs.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, we'd be hugely grateful. Every contribution goes towards supporting groundbreaking research and life‑changing support services through Prostate Cancer UK.
