This cancer is so hard to spot the symptoms for until too late for many. It first came into my consciousness when my father in law was diagnosed and succumbed to it and more recently it sadly took another of my wife’s (Holly) family members and so I’m doing this for David and Bobby, two amazing men who I very much wish were still in our lives.

Holly is walking 100 miles in November for the second year running and so I thought I should try and join in. My plan is to walk and run the 100 miles depending on how the old hockey knees hold up! If I can get through running 50 miles in 30 days I’ll be over the moon but one way or another I’ll get 100 miles covered on foot before November ends.
