Story

Hello, I'm taking part in the Beaverbrooks Blackpool 10k Fun Run to raise funds for Trinity Hospice.
As most people know my partner Kat passed away last August. After battling breast cancer for six years. We spent what was her final two weeks in Trinity Hospice. All of the staff there were so caring and could not do enough for Kat, me and our family. After being in hospital for two weeks before not knowing what was to come, you do realise the difference of care. I don’t like to ask, but I would like to raise as much money as possible in Kat’s memory. It’s something Kat did speak about when she was in Trinity, me doing some fundraising so here goes. All donations are greatly appreciated. Thanks
Hospice care is so vital because it ensures dignity, comfort, and compassion for people at the most vulnerable time of their lives. Without hospice care, many would face their final days without the reassurance, guidance, and peace they deserve.
Your support helps Trinity Hospice make a real difference - ensuring patients spend their final days in peace and families receive the care they need.
Thank you for your support!
