Lewis was a serving on-call firefighter at Lanark, he served with both his mum and his stepdad Craig with 3 pagers actuating and all 3 responding to the station for the fire call which caused numerous dinners to be left.

Lewis loved an adventure and would often be found on a Munro especially climbing in Glencoe, he also loved his summer sport of diving, his winter sport skiing and was always planning his next adventure.

Lewis was always happy and always the person who would help others without question.

He loved being a firefighter and was looking forward to applying to be a whole-time firefighter in the future.

He will be sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues.
