Hello, I'm running the 2025 TCS London Marathon for Alzheimer's Research UK!

So those that know me, know the only exercise I ever get is on the golf course.....well now it turns out I run a little bit.

To cut a long story short Mrs G put us both (I didn't know) in the ballot and I was one of the lucky few to get a space. Fortunately for her she didn't!

So far I've had ankle issues, shin splints and knee problems but I'm determined to get this done.

Convex are linked with Alzheimer’s Research UK so I thought I would team up with them.

They are striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

With your support, we will keep going until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia.
