Hi All,

I'm set to do a 170ft Abseil down the Hyett Regency Hotel in Manchester on Friday 22nd September.

For reference, that's the length of around 30 Lewis's stacked end to end, or 35 normal sized people.

We're contributing to a Mancunian Charity who helped out NHS staff during the Pandemic who were dealing with a particularly stressful work/life balance.

If you know anything about me, you'll know this is right up my street.
