Story
Hi everyone,
This year I’m taking part in The Big Ride in support of Street Child, pushing myself across two tough days for a cause that truly matters.
Day 1: A 60km bike ride
Day 2: A half marathon (or 10km — either way, legs will be feeling it!)
This isn’t just about the distance — it’s about making a difference.
Street Child works to ensure every child has access to education, no matter their circumstances. In some of the world’s toughest environments, they help children get off the streets, into school, and build a future they deserve. It’s easy to take education for granted, but for millions of children, it’s a daily struggle just to learn.
That’s why I’ve signed up to this challenge — to push beyond my comfort zone and raise funds that can genuinely change lives.
There will definitely be moments over the two days where it gets tough — tired legs, sore muscles, and probably a few doubts along the way. But knowing that every mile helps support a child into education will keep me going.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it will go a long way in helping Street Child continue their incredible work.
And if you can’t donate, your support, encouragement (or even cheering me on!) means just as much.
Thank you for being part of this journey
