Alder Hey Children's Hospital is one of the most extraordinary places in the world a place where some of the UK's sickest children receive world-class care, and where families find hope during the hardest moments of their lives.

Every year, Alder Hey treats over 330,000 patients, making it one of Europe's busiest children's hospitals. From life-saving surgery to pioneering cancer treatment, the staff there go above and beyond every single day to give children the best possible chance.

But it's not just the medicine that makes Alder Hey special it's the people. The nurses, doctors, and support teams who hold a frightened child's hand, who comfort worried parents at 3am, and who celebrate every small victory like it's the greatest moment in the world. Because to that child and their family, it is.
