Route 101 are joining the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) in their movement against suicide, the cause of death for 125 people every week in the UK and the single biggest killer of men under 50 and young people in the UK.

Story

As part of Route 101, I am supporting the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), who are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling rubbish, standing up to stereotypes, and standing together to show life is always worth living.

On a personal note, I know and have known close friends who struggle with their mental health, some have received help and support from the likes of CALM, others haven't been so fortunate and are sadly part of the 125 lives lost every week to suicide. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this.

CALM do it by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and don't die by suicide.

Just £8 could answer a potentially life saving call or webchat. Help me save lives today.
