Story
I'm raising money for Air Ambulances UK in memory of my brother, who sadly lost his life in a motorbike accident in 2014. The air ambulance crew attended the scene and did everything they possibly could, but tragically they couldn't save him.
Although they couldn't change our outcome that day, the incredible work they do gives countless other families hope and the very best chance when every second matters. What many people don't realise is that these lifesaving services rely heavily on charitable donations to keep operating.
That's why I'm taking on this challenge—to give something back and help ensure these amazing teams can continue saving lives.
If everyone I know gave up just one small thing from their day-to-day life—a takeaway coffee, a snack, or a pint—and donated that money instead, I'd reach my fundraising target in no time. Every donation, no matter how big or small, really does make a difference.
Thank you so much for your support. It means more than you know, and together we can help keep these vital, lifesaving services in the air.
