On the 5th of December, myself, Dan and Flynn will be taking on the Lanzarote Half Marathon to raise funds for Andy’s Man Club, in memory of Lewis Bishop, Bish. 💙

In July this year, we were devastated to hear the news that Bish was no longer with us. Everyone at NLW FC didn’t just lose a teammate, we lost a friend. We didn’t just lose a special player on the pitch, we lost a genuine, down to earth young lad who would do anything for anyone.

Running a half marathon in support of a cause that is so close to our hearts means the world to us. We would really appreciate as many people as possible getting behind us and showing their support.

Mental health is a subject that cannot be ignored. Andy’s Man Club continues to raise awareness and provide support to help ensure people know they are not alone and can reach out when they need help.

Suicide remains a major cause of death among men, and that is something that needs to change. It’s okay to talk. It’s okay to open up. It’s okay to be vulnerable, and most importantly, it’s okay to ask for help.

Any support towards this amazing cause would mean the world to us. Whether that’s a donation, a repost, a share, or even just a comment, every bit of support helps us keep Bish’s memory alive and raise awareness for something that matters so much.

Bish will never be forgotten. At NLW FC, we will continue to keep his name alive and make sure he is always remembered.
