Story
Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance provides life-saving, pre-hospital critical care, to patients in need. They are a vital part of the community across Dorset and Somerset and they rely on your support.
I’m supporting DSAA as the service they provide is funded by charitable giving; by people like you. Last year, they were tasked to 2,738 callouts, with each mission costing approximately £3,500.
On Sunday 6th September, Lewis Painter and members of the Vertu Land Rover team will be taking on a 28-mile charity walk in support of this year’s chosen charity, the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance.
The walk will start and finish at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil, covering approximately 28 miles through the Somerset Levels before returning back to where it all began.
We’d love as many people as possible to join us along the way. Whether you’re up for the full 28 miles or would like to walk just a section of the route, your support would mean a lot.
There will be refreshment stops along the way to keep everyone going, and we’ll be sharing more information about the route, timings, and meeting points as the event gets closer.
If this sounds like something you’d like to be part of, please leave a comment so we can get an idea of numbers. All support is welcome, whether you’re walking with us, donating, or simply cheering us on from the side lines.
Together, we can make a real difference for an incredible cause. 💛🚁
