I'm taking part in Rainbow Run Cornwall to celebrate its 11th birthday in 2025.

After seeing first hand the help and support these charities gave to our family me and my mum will be running the 5k rainbow run for the 1st time to raise money for children’s hospice :)

🌈 £25 could ensure no call goes unanswered to their 3 hospices day or night, for a parent needing emergency support

🌈 £50 could pay for freshly prepared, hot meals for the whole family to enjoy together during a weekend stay

🌈 £70 could pay for an hour of care for a family at one of their 3 hospices

🌈£100 could help provide a parent with an uninterrupted night's sleep, giving them the strength to face tomorrow
