Heart disease is a silent, ruthless thief—it takes mums, dads, partners, and friends far too soon. Every freezing second we spend in that water is a tribute to the families fighting for one more heartbeat and the scientists working to keep those hearts beating.

We’re willing to endure the ice for the total of 100 minutes to help fund this vital work, but we can’t do it alone.
