Chris Kirkland, former LFC goalkeeper, and Holly from the LFC Foundation are taking on the challenge of walking the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. If that wasn’t a challenge in itself, we are doing at night on Friday 13th June! All this is in aid of raising money for an incredible charity- Alfie’s Squad. The is climb 235ft tall to the top of the Big One so we are going to need all the encouragement we can get. Please donate 🙏🏼♥️

We have been involved recently in some of the incredible things Alfie’s Squad have achieved to support families and young people who need it most. The core mission of Alfie’s Squad is to raise funds to establish a much-needed support group for children bereaved by suicide. Alfie’s Squad embarks on a journey to provide these young individuals with a safe space to heal, connect, and find solace in the company of peers who share similar experiences.

Alfie and his mum, Alison, do a fantastic job about raising awareness, creating happy, safe spaces for families to come together. Together they created a non-profit organisation due to the devastating loss of Alfie’s father to suicide in May 2017. This inspired Alfie to take action and make a difference in the lives of others facing similar challenges.
