Last August, Alloa Golf Club played host to the inaugural Libertas Financial Management Ltd Charity Golf Day which was a huge success. Last year, our chosen charity was the wonderful Strathcarron Hospice who are a local charity very close to our hearts.

This year, we’ll be running our Charity Golf Day on Friday 4th August 2023 at Falkirk Golf Club to help raise funds for Home-Start Clackmannanshire.

Home-Start Clackmannanshire are an independent Scottish Charity, part of the wider Network of Home-Start UK. Home-Start Clackmannanshire offer a unique service, providing practical and emotional support to families with young children (under 12) living across Clackmannanshire. They recognise that every individual and family is unique, and so too is their support to each, spanning whole family support, home-visiting, parental wellbeing, group sessions, and social events. They are there to support families when they need it most, because childhood can’t wait.

With young families ourselves, we have seen first-hand how challenging the last few years have been so we can’t begin to imagine how difficult it will have been for numerous families in the local area who are less fortunate. It’s an area which is very close to our hearts so anything we can do to help is something we’re delighted to be supporting.

Like our 2022 Charity Golf Day, we will have a prizegiving for the winners on the day, raffle off prizes and loads more! To help raise as much funds for Home-Start Clackmannanshire, we’d be thrilled if you could support us with all donations going directly to them.
