On Thursday 27th June, the LGT Edinburgh team are attempting the Seven Hills of Edinburgh to raise money for Urban Uprising. Starting from the Capital Square Office on Morrison Street, the near 30km route will cover Corstorphine Hill, Craiglockhart Hill, Braid Hill, Blackford Hill, Arthur’s Seat, and Calton Hill, before finishing at Castle Esplanade. It will be a team effort, with some colleagues running the entire route, some walking, and others tackling shorter sections, aiming to finish together at the Castle Esplanade by late afternoon.

LGT’s Edinburgh office is partnering with Urban Uprising during 2024, to raise funds in support of its work with children and young people in Scotland. Urban Uprising gives disadvantaged young people the opportunity to transform their futures. Its unique climbing programme gives 8-18-year-olds who face various challenges in life the chance to develop their physical, social, and personal strengths with the support and encouragement of highly trained positive coaches.

LGT will be matching funds raised up to £15,000.
