In memory of our dear colleague Elin, who we sadly lost to cancer at the young age of 31, I am raising money for the charities that meant the most to her. On 28 June, I will be taking part in Long Course Weekend by running a half marathon around Tenby, Pembrokeshire.

Since February, I have been training hard for this challenge, even though running has never been my strongest point. Every mile has been a reminder of why this matters and of the incredible strength Elin showed throughout her illness.
