We are work colleagues, who are fundraising for ActionAid - an international charity working with women and girls to create a more just, equitable and sustainable future.

This October, we will be doing 137 step-ups or/and sit-ups every day and fundraise to help end violence against women and girls.

ActionAid works with local communities, women's networks and other allies to:
