Beating hearts, or bleeding hearts? Yes! We are a team taking part in the iconic London to Brighton Cycle for the London Ambulance Charity. We expect to get destroyed on this 55-mile bike ride, as we are not exactly competitive athletes. And our bicycles are not exactly competitive bicycles. But that’s not the point!

The London Ambulance Charity supports the incredible staff and volunteers of the London Ambulance Service. Your donation will help support their physical and mental well-being with a range of initiatives from well being support trucks and station upgrades. One of our stations has had a broken gas hob for a year now, and I’m sure they’re getting tired of me reporting it every month.

Whatever you’re willing to donate to this wonderful charity is greatly appreciated, and hopefully each of our team members survive this challenge!
