I am taking part in the 5K WolfRun on behalf of Kenton Black, fundraising and in memory of The Christy Lambe Foundation.

At Lambe's, their understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges goes beyond industry statistics.

They know the devastation these challenges can bring to families and communities. And the heartbreak of losing someone you love too soon.

They lost Christy in 2022. He was kind, full of love, and well-known for supporting others – even when he was struggling himself.

The Christy Lambe Foundation exists so that Christy’s care and compassion can live on.
