Liam's darts marathon for Teenage Cancer Trust

Liam Lovelock is raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust

Darts Marathon @ the Ravenser · 17 May 2025

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

In 2023 I was diagnosed with stage four Hodgkins Lymphoma. Three months after having six months chemotherapy I had a scan and unfortunately got given the news that the treatment was not successful. I was told I needed a stem cell transplant. After having a further three months chemotherapy I went to get my stem cell collection. I was then given six days of high-dose chemotherapy before having my transplant on 7/5/2024.

Now in remission I want to give something back to the people who saved my life.

The event will take place at the Ravenser pub, HU9 3AP, 17th may, midday-midnight, it would be amazing to see as many people down as possible for support and to throw a few darts!
