Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I’m proud to be taking part in the 2024 London Marathon👟💂 and raising money for UNICEF.

UNICEF works to save children’s lives through nutrition, sanitation and vaccination. It also helps children fulfill their potential through education. One of UNICEF's priorities is supporting children who are victims of disasters and conflicts, including in Gaza. About half of Gaza's population are under 18.

Many children will also have lost parents, brothers, sisters and other family in the conflict. It's 20 years since I lost my mum, Barbara, as a child. She's still an inspiration and source of strength to me so I'll be running in her memory ❤️. 

As resident of Lewisham these days (a marathon host borough) and after spectating quite a few times now, it's a privilege and fulfilling a lifelong ambition to run the London Marathon🚀!  With one or two other events on the bike 🚲 and in the water 🏊2024 is going to be a challenging year! I'm hoping to have some fun and enjoy some parkruns along the way with anyone who wants to join me!
