We’re here to support young adults who have experienced the loss of one or both parents, as well as helping their family, friends, educational establishments and businesses to support them better.

Story

On September 28th, 2024, I received a call from my sister with the tragic news that my dad, Kevin, had suffered a fatal heart attack and had suddenly passed away while on a family holiday. Losing him so unexpectedly was devastating, and navigating life without him has been incredibly difficult.

In memory of my dad, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon and raising money for It's Time Charity, which specializes in supporting young adults who have lost a parent. Their work provides crucial emotional and financial support to those facing grief at such a pivotal stage in life.

1 in 7 people will lose a parent by the age of 30, and so many of these individuals would benefit from the support and resources that It's Time provides.

I’ve set a goal to raise £1000 for this amazing cause, and every donation—big or small—will make a huge difference.

Thank you for reading, and if you’re able to donate, share, or even come along on race day, I’d truly appreciate it. 💙
