On 26th July ‘25, I’ll be taking a leap of faith – literally – by completing a skydive in memory of my incredibly close friend, Letitia Simmonds and my brother-in-law, Toby Wright.

Friends of nearly 30 years, Letitia and I saw each other as siblings - with the characteristics to match. Supportive and protective whilst playfully teasing, arguing and falling out! Letitia’s abundance of warmth, strength, and kindness touched so many of us in and it’s a privilege to honour her memory by raising funds for Mind.

Mental health struggles often go unnoticed and Letitia’s courage in facing her own battles continues to inspire me to do something bold to try and make a difference.

Whilst I never had the pleasure of meeting Toby before he passed in 2019, I know that he to had a profound impact on all those around him.

I’m jumping for them and for everyone who has been affected by mental health issues, in the hope that the funds raised will help Mind provide the support and resources that are so desperately needed.
